Hi, I tried to phone Standard bank Hillcrest KZN on Friday on the following numbers: 0313742001@09h36 3min 34 sec, 0860109075 5min 14sec, 0108242922 1min 14 sec and lastly 0860123000 for 3.04 min. All unsuccessful so I left my Number for a return call. NOTHING. I tried again on Monday morning at 09h30 on 0313742001 from my Office phone and left a message on the machine. No return call. I eventually went into the branch to see Giselle our business manager. I waited over 30 minutes and eventually saw another consultant who could not assist me and informed me Giselle would contact me. At 16h09 I received a call from STD Bank that rang 4 times and stopped. I tried to call back but went to the standard answering machine.

Shoddy unsupervised workmanship
They took ages to complete the work and then had to come back 3 times to correct errors
