Bad service

So I am a fan of yankys food and I’ve always enjoyed the food there, I’ve just moved to Randfontain and i tried the yankys here and I feel like it’s droping the standard of all the other restaurants, I ordered a monster burger and I feel like I doesn’t look or taste like all the other ones I’ve had, I ask for extra cheese and there was no extra cheese add. My Order was not complete, and I had to wait for my drink to come back and my change was not returned. For a person that knows and loves the food from this restaurant I just had to say something ...... I’m really not happy
