Change of standard
Wow why did management sell Yanki's in Randfontein, wow haai it's sad that the new managers use cheap sauces which de values the product, what a waste had to give it to my dogs

Bad service
The website says the close at 8pm. I called at 7 wanting to order and there was no answer. Me thinking it might just be loadshedding then drove there to order. When I got to the door the sign says open but everything is packed away and closed. This was at 7:12pm on a Saturday

Bad service

Bad Service from Yankys Lambton
Bad service from Yankys Lambton, they usually deliver within 20 minutes after you place an order, today I called around 12:30 for delivery, only at 13:50 the driver arrives then I asked him, why today he took long to deliver then he says cant you see the weather? I asked what about it? In turn I then said but it only started raining 15 minutes ago, he then said THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. I told him to take his food and go back. I called the shop immediately when I mentioned that I want to lay formal complaint against their driver they hung up, I called back several times they are not answering anymore.

Bad service
So I am a fan of yankys food and I’ve always enjoyed the food there, I’ve just moved to Randfontain and i tried the yankys here and I feel like it’s droping the standard of all the other restaurants, I ordered a monster burger and I feel like I doesn’t look or taste like all the other ones I’ve had, I ask for extra cheese and there was no extra cheese add. My Order was not complete, and I had to wait for my drink to come back and my change was not returned. For a person that knows and loves the food from this restaurant I just had to say something ...... I’m really not happy

<p>I visited Yankys yesterday and asked the guy behind the counter if he is the manager and he said yes so I said where I work I greet my customers cause we are the ones that keep the business afloat so he said isit I dont appreciate his rude attitude and will not recommend anyone to go there</p>

Bad Food
Ordered two combo meals from Yanks Fast Food in Witfield. About 1 hour after eating the meal started feeling extremely ill. Myself and my partner have been sitting for a day now with upset stomachs and constantly throwing up.
