Bad Service from Yankys Lambton

Bad service from Yankys Lambton, they usually deliver within 20 minutes after you place an order, today I called around 12:30 for delivery, only at 13:50 the driver arrives then I asked him, why today he took long to deliver then he says cant you see the weather? I asked what about it? In turn I then said but it only started raining 15 minutes ago, he then said THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. I told him to take his food and go back. I called the shop immediately when I mentioned that I want to lay formal complaint against their driver they hung up, I called back several times they are not answering anymore.
