I asked to cancel their service since I signed up with them and I didn't get the service I paid for. They told me I had to pay two R999 before I could cancel.
Since I joined this company last year, I have not been happy. I pay for 100 speed. But what I get everyday is 16 to 20 speed. I finish a 1h30 movie in 2h30. I always troubleshoot, reboot and say they are doing me a favour. They will promise me things they cannot deliver.
They sold me a rotten Ham on 31 October 2025. I informed them about this, they simple said bring it back with a slip. When I got to the shop, they just said get another one. They blamed their supplier Feinchemecker, they didn't admit any fault and they didn't even apologize.

I would like to warn people who pay for the full package, to check that CARTRACK installed two devices. if not. your car does not have a detection device only the monitor device. We realized that after my son was involved in a car accident. They sent technicians to replace the device and they found that we were ****med. When we lodged a complaint with them, we were told it was the control room's fault, the control room blames the customer service, who told us that we are bound to the contract we signed , but they are not responsible for ****ming us.
On 28/11/2022 I applied for a black friday promotion with vodacom. Sandile the sales consultant who was processing my application and did not finish the application. Because of laziness and incompetence, I couldn't migrate. I was then offered another package after I told them to cancel my contract. I agreed. A tickect was loaded, but on 02/12/2022 my line was cut. I just want to thank them for messing up our weekend.
I applied to switch my bond from bank A to FNB. They made a quotation and I accepted it. After it was sent to their attorneys, everything changed from home insurance to credit life insurance (they need to offer proper training to their employees). I ended up canceling the application. The attorneys promised to close the account, but I have not received anything from FNB to confirm the cancellation. THEY DON'T CARE!!! I would like to thank them for messing my life.
On 05/06/2022 My family and I visited Spur Steak Ranches - East Rand Mall. Their staff is so welcoming, the service is ''OUT OF THIS COUNTRY'' and not to mention their delicious food, served with an honest smile. Big Ups to you GUYS n DOLLS.
The ec=xcellent service I received at KFC Vosloorus is amazing. The staff is friendly, the shop is super clean, and their meat Whoooo Delicious!!! I couldn't believe it.
I called std bank insurance on the 02/12/2021, to claim for my alarm system that was damaged by lightning. They sent two different assessor's to verify. The claim has not been paid because of some tender business deals with their management. This is week 4 of consultants waiting for the management to approve/ authorize. They don't care about my family's safety.
