Very Bad customer service
They sold me a rotten Ham on 31 October 2025. I informed them about this, they simple said bring it back with a slip. When I got to the shop, they just said get another one. They blamed their supplier Feinchemecker, they didn't admit any fault and they didn't even apologize.

Very Bad customer service

Good day on Saturday the 24-05-2025 called supreme poultry in hartebesfontein St 11:30 asking them what time they close because I live about 30km from there and they said at 2 pm got there at 13:15 and they were already closed and was not assisted the time and petrol waisted for nothing

Supreme Poultry - UNPROFESSIONAL
They products are not of the same quality any longer the chicken purchased now is firstly much larger than previously and it has a bed smell when you thaw it even after preparing and eating it you are leaft with a bitter aftertaste in your mouth i personally will not be purchasing Supreme Chicken again as its proved to be a waste of money and ingredients for me !!!!! Was really disappointing as we used their products for years !!!

This Chicken didn't make it to the other side of the road!
I am highly disgusted with Supreme Chickens quality and standards. Yesterday I bought 2 x 2kg mixed portions and besides the fact that it just looks distasteful, the 1 bag had 7 breast pieces and the other bag had 8 breast pieces. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do you not have Quality Control measures in place or do your chickens only consist of breasts? I will never in my life buy any Supreme Chicken products again and I would advise that anyone reading this review shouldn't either. Pathetic!

Disgust In A Simple Container
quality of your product is very disappointing. I purchase 1 perry-perry chickenliver and my husband liked it alot, but the normal one a total disappointment. It was covered with gall(aswell as pieces of gallbladder in the container). If someone needs to get intouch with me Ihave pictures of the container and the contants. I am absolutely disgusted with this product. Do you have quality control spot checks
