The website says the close at 8pm. I called at 7 wanting to order and there was no answer. Me thinking it might just be loadshedding then drove there to order. When I got to the door the sign says open but everything is packed away and closed. This was at 7:12pm on a Saturday
If I could rate Motorite Warranty plan a Minus 1 I would. The service I have been receiving from Malakia is unacceptable I have been trying to contact Malakia 17 times in the past 3 days and have not been able to get through. We have also asked Malakia to contact us which has not happened at all I have sent my car in 14 days ago and have been without one now for the duration of that time. Malakia is requesting IRRELEVANT documentation before submitting my claim and I have sent screenshots DIRECTLY from the contract stating that it is not a requirement and we have done everything in correspondence with the contract I have received therefore my claim should be valid I have logged a complaint and have stated that we will be going to the ombudsman by COB TODAY 21 July 2022 if we do not get this claim sorted. My complaint reference is 21606803 and have been advised it will take 5 days to investigate which is unacceptable as we have been struggling for 14 days already I was trying to extend my Warranty for another 3 years with you and I can promise you, after this claim I will never recommend Motorite to anyone and I will 100% be taking my business elsewhere Kind Regards
I've done an application for a personal loan online and the service received is horrendous. I've been contacted by 2 different people and none of them have any idea of what to do. Each of them have been giving me different answers. I have been told by Petronella that the application should take only 24 to 48 hours, but I have been waiting for over a week. Emails have been sent asking for feedback and no one gets back to me. I phoned Nedbank asking for assistance and I've just been put through to a bunch of different extensions and still no one has an idea what to do. Dwyane first contacted me and asked to send an email, which I did. She then only replied 3 days later. This is unacceptable. Nedbank goes on about their amazing customer service but if this is the service they go on about I do not want to do any business with them
