Pathetic service, arrogant, won’t admit that they have done a bad job. We now need to get somebody else to redo the new swimming pool pump which they installed, as it is not working properly.
I received a sms from Takealot for order nr ********** 4 stating that it will be delivered on 6 Dec 2018 by 5pm. At 6pm on 6 Dec 2018 I called their call center to report that I have not received the delivery. The lady told me that she will find out why it wasn't delivered and get back to me, which didn't happen. On 7 Dec 2018 I received another message stating that delivery will be before 5pm on that day. I contacted the call center again and spoke to Chad, I explained that I will only be available until 9am that day, and he advised that we reschedule delivery until 10 Dec 2018, he confirmed this via email as well. It is now 11 Dec 2018 and still no delivery. I contacted the call center again twice today, I requested to speak to a manager, but after being on hold for 30 minutes I gave up. I have emailed Chad numerous times, also no response. If I try to track the order online, it says "out for delivery by 5 pm on 7 Dec 2018". This order is a Christmas gift, but at this rate, I don't know if I will ever receive it. This is extremely poor service from a company who used to be excellent.
