This company has published my personal information online without my consent and when I try to contact them their website wants 99 dollars to remove my personal information
I have contacted Uber support severally but the problem still persists even though I have sent screenshots of the issue. Uber has removed the UberGo option forcing me to use UberX, once I select UberX no car is available and the app automatically switches me to Uber Priority and suddenly a car is available. This issue has been happening for over two weeks, I'm forced to pay increased rates with UberX and Uber Priority else I won't get picked up. I am so unhappy because I am a loyal customer and all Uber support says is that I must delete my app or upgrade my phone software and I have done that over 10 times. I am really dissapointed in Uber and how their app is set up lately
