They nhad an android software update and none of my boxes want to work. Send them an mail. No response.
I work from 7am till 5pm Monday to and are not allowed to make personal phone calls. Today I had some time to make a call to the accounts department (which is only open Monday to Friday) quite so conveniently. Asked to speak to the Manager but the girl on the phone said I can speak to her. Told her about my account problem and her response was that Mweb is as business and don't make mistakes. Then asked again to speak to the Manager and again quite conveniently he/she was on a phone call. Asked them to call me back to resolve the problem and still no response (it sure is a long phone call). i told them i'm not gonna pay my account until this is resolved and the send me and text mesage threatening me that they will have me handed over to the credit bureau, but when you call there is no help!!!! Wonder how long this will take till it gets sorted.
