good morning i have being traumatized and trend by the lawyers who claim that capitec authorized them to harass me my name is under debt consellor i have being paying since i have being sending proof of payment that i got from hyphen and nothing is working i get called 5 times a day and trend by consulted i am paying proof of payments has being made i am under noko debt counselors i have being calling the also to inform they have being cc me in all emails sent to capitec lawyers but no help can i please have clarity is money not enough or what could be the problem for victimize like this and id the money is not enough why i was not advise and balances are not going down instead is increasing every day thank you nthabiseng khumalo 8404150842082
this is the second time writing to hello peter no response from santam received an email that say evidence not enough after driver confess that his brakes failed and on his report he wrote to blame road worthy my question is 1 why if you rejecting and not having enough evidence why talking long to get back to me since from 6 jan until now

bad experience with ****es insurance i have still born on 08/12/2020 on 10/12/2020 i sent all the document to ****es as a member up until today no response every time i call to follow up they waiting for the insurance to respond no follow from them surprising on they term and condition says claim gets paid in 48 hours

my bond was finalized the 12th of October and i was told i will be refunded my 1 months deposit that debited before the recent owners bond was approved so I was told that i will receive my money after 40 days. a week after 40 days i called to find out when i am getting my refund i was told that money money will reflect on the 10th of dec on the 11th' ********** ********** i dealth with this 2 people as they requested documents proof of residents id copy bank statements up until i sent all the documents not one of them called back with feed back. I called again and was told i need to fill in a application form for them to release my money. Today the 14th of dec im on a call with a lady named Moyra Moruga that FNB deposited my money yesterday the 13th of dec but they can not give me a proof of payment. she transffered me to Agnes chuene(manager) and she is very rude threatening me that she will drop the call .
