Today on 14/12 /18,I visit MITCHELLSPLAIN Town centre Branch, to do enquiries about my available balance, the person who assist me ,call their account department, but before she call she ask me if I have any insurance,I say no,so she is on the phone waiting the phone must be answer on the other side,eventually someone pick or answer the phone, so the staff member introduced herself she answer a few question, whereas this person (I believe it is from the account department), whereas she ask me question, I told her why all the questions, so I refuse too answer further, so she told I must gave the phone back too the staff member in store,imazing the store is full of customers, their is no privately,so all the people stand and watching u ,customer service is BAD,so the one from headoffice told the one ins****,she is gonna block my account, I am a community worker at the local police office and I have come across a similar problem ,where their is insurance deduction from the person account, whereas the person never apply for insurance, now the person must get an affidavit, WHY???? PLEASE INVESTIGATE!!! DIRK ADENDORFF
