Again I laid this complaint last week still haven’t received my money and every time I have to contact you and today you don’t even respond I want my money please otherwise you just robbing me now
I laybyed a cupboard at Russell’s then the 18th August I had to cancel it due to personal reasons today the 3rd September I’m still waiting for my refund Moegamat gave me a reference and he said the refund was done the 26th August already because they were offline my problem is it’s been 2weeks already and if you were offline why didn’t you make a immediate payment as I have been waiting so long so how can I trust a shop like this when I really buy furniture there and this is the Russell’s in bellville
As always I’m complaining about this shops service and yet they just don’t care I wanted to exchange a baby carrier I have the slip they now want a second slip if you pay with your credit card what other second slip is needed it’s only the main slip and of course yes the credit card becathey want to put the cash back on the credit card but asking a second slip they are always horrible at this branch your head office should close this branch as the service is always bad
I gave birth the 25th of march and my divorce was not showing on the system for me to name my son under my surname however no one showed me in the maternity ward how to fill the birth form for Home affairs so I got to home affairs in Stellenbosch and they said I should’ve only put my ****en surname so I uber back to Bellville melomed to correct the form then back to Stellenbosch home affairs and finally the birth certificate was done however I didn’t check the date of birth on the birth certificate so when I took my son for his 6weeks follow up the date was showing the 3rd march 2025 and now because of melomed Bellville my son has to wait 12 months for his new and correct birth certificate and I wasted r1200 on just uber rides due to all the travelling up and down and the fact that I had a C-section so all the discomfort and pain I went through and now this I wouldn’t advise anyone to give birth at melomed Bellville because who is going to reimburse me for all the trouble I had to go through unnecessary
Ordered kids ribs for my son and Ofcos I had a piece but when I saw that almost the hole rib is just fat I complained to the manager to ask if that’s how all their ribs look he said yes so then he added on to say he won’t replace the meal as it was already almost finished eaten yet I told him he can then change it for something else but he clearly didnt want to this is in Somerset mall a short white guy
I went into melomed hospital for a C-section with authorisation confirming with you guys that every will be covered just to get a email now stating that not even half of the services was covered especially the paediatrician which was supposed to be covered since I was giving birth in a hospital and you saying I had to first go to a doctor get a referral to a pediatrician how is that possible I have never had this problem when giving birth at Louis leipodlt which is also a network provider hospital under discovery so what the hell is your problem I have soo many things to take care especially my own health how can I still deal with such stupidity and bad service
This is now the 4th or or 5th time I’m complaining about your bad service I’ve been waiting for my refund from February of r280 which was told to me in end February il be getting it within 14days still today nothing the worse part is you guys call me to ask me how I’m enjoying my new sim that I recieved with the ultra explora yet I cancelled everything in January and then I was told it takes a month to show cancelled and now it’s been 2 and half months what do you guys do in the billing a collections department because I spoke to Padmani and she asked my bank details last Monday but still no money do use know what use are doing or is all this just a game.im tired and irritated by ONAIR GET DONE PLEASE HONESTLY NO ONE SHOULD HAVE ACCOUNTS WITH USE
Once again again I’m here on my pay day complaining about a debit order that was suppose to be cancelled and I was told it was cancelled last week already honestly guys you like robbing your customers. I have my own obligations to see to and now this problem again do you know I had to wait almost 6 days for my money not your money my money and now again I have to wait because I can’t even stop the debit order on my banking app and if I do it will reflect badly on my credit profile NO MAN DO YOUR JOB RIGHT BECAUSE NO ONE SHOULD GO THROUGH THIS TWICE HONESTLY I WIULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY AT ONAIR and the worst part is I don’t even have a contract with use
Today is more than a week after you guys collected your explorar ultra and even your r400 and don’t forget the debit you took aswel of r280 so now I’m been waiting for you to confirm that you have the explorar and for you to stop the debit order because on my banking app I can’t stop it and if I reverse the debit order you informed me it will affect my credit record so basically since I got involved with you I’m *****ed and all I want is too be rid of you and your daylight ******* and the bad service but you guys don’t care and I see heres a lot a people complaining about your service I really hope I get my r280 back and you guys stop my debit order other wise I won’t stop posting you here
