Absoluely Terrible service!!! I ordered 4 funko's. After a week still no update. Spoke to Ricky he gave excuses that loadsheading slowed him. Couple days passed messaged him again he than blamed the courier and said they taking long and its with them. I messaged him the next day and asked for a tracking number he messaged me back after an hour with the tracking number after I checked the tracking on the site, it said he submitted it now and it was still awaiting courier collection, so he lied about the courier having it. He than told me that he mistakenly put 1 of the wrong funko in instead of the one I ordered, and he will send the other one separately. But according to the tracking number its still with him. So I think he never have it and is not being truthful. The parcel finally got delivered and the 1 funko was missing replaced with a random one I never want. He is now ignoring my messages (sent multiple) and I dont think the missing funko he promised will ever come. Don't order from playcastle.co.za, most unethical business and Ricky is a lying schemer.
I took a 60gb data sim contract in 2018 on black friday. I was billed R299 for the duration of the contract. Now in the contracts final month I was billed R2049. Through the shock I called the MTN call centre all they said is its because of the prorata charge because the contract is ending. How disgusting no where in the contract does it stipulate this. All they said is I have to pay it and upgrade or I will be charged this every month. I got no call or warning or anything. This is unethical and greedy from a company that's already robbing its customers on a daily basis. I would warn anyone who takes a data sim with mtn to be aware of these extra charges and risks.
