I was once involved in an accident whereby I was I was under auto and general insurance, I felt like insurance they enjoy receiving when accidents occurs paying is difficult, ombudsman was informed but I felt not well treated cause they told me things I could not know where it comes from, I wish on car insurance there can be on insurance unlike what we experience cause Ian so sure ism not the only only whom I have been fairly treated, or if car dealers can have they own insurance, one thing Ian so sure of if GOD IS SEEING SO MUCH DONE BY people and I wonder how judgements day would be, cause there will be no reversal no sorry.
I took a policy for Motor Vehicle and Personal accident plan. Policy number: ********** 85. I was involved in a car accident on the 4th of May 2018, where my car was written off. My claim was approved, but i was informed that i will only be eligible to get a payout for the motor vehicle accident plan. I pleaded with the insurance company as to why was my payout not fully covered. I was paying both monthly premiums which were deducted by the Bank on the same day, which was the 25th of every month. According to the insurer, only one payment was received. I then produced proof of both the premium deductions, as this reflected on my Bank statement. I believe that i was unfairly treated by the insurer's outcome. Can this please be rectified before i take further steps on this matter. This has been long overdue.
