Service and responsiveness from OneDayOnly is atrocious. My son purchased an expensive bean to cup Philips Series 4300 Automatic Coffee machine from OneDayOnly on 30 Oct 24 and within a few months the machine, after very little use, ceased to function (no water pressure from spout). The machine was returned under guarantee for repair. After a delay in collecting the machine it was finally fetched by their courier. The machine has been in so called inspection and repair for more than a month and after repeated WhatsApp only communication (unlike say Takealot where you can actually converse with a human and get answers) the machine has been declared as ready for collection for over a week now. There is however no sign of the machine; it has been said that the collection by their courier has to be scheduled; they refuse to give the name of the supplier from whom it needs to be collected and there is thus far no other communication other than the case is being escalated. I really do not recommend this company and advise you to you online companies that back up sales with service. I cannot even enter an email address below as they don't seem to have one. Their address is Unit G6, Old Castle Brewery, 6 Beach Road, Woodstock 7915. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I have been a client of ABSA iDirect Insurance since 2014 but recently it takes 25 to 30 mins before being able to speak to an agent. I find this unacceptable, wasteful of my time and Cellphone minutes. They really need more agents. I am current on a call to make a simple policy query and have been waiting for 26 minutes (so far) to speak to an agent.
I would just like to commend Jabulile Vilakazi (Client Services Consultant) for her efficiency, excellent attitude and lovely demeanour in assisting me with amendments to my insurance policy and provision of my updated policy. She is a pleasure to deal with and an asset to ABSA. All the best Ivan Marsh
AJE Electrical T/A Expert Electricians did work for a tenant residing in a rental unit belonging to my daughter. The tenant presented an invoice from Expert Electricians which was virtually illegible. Expert refused to supply a legible invoice and were generally unhelpful. If they were confident in the work they said they completed and the prices they charged this should not have been an issue. Based on their attitude I would advise choosing an alternative service provider.
Really great experience updating my ABSA iDirect policy with Jonathan Reddy. Jonathan was efficient, gad all the answers to my questions, explained everythingn really well and updated my policy to exactly what I required. Jonathan was also very courteous and a pleasure to interact with. Thank you Jonathan.
