Great Service from Santam and VDS.
I was pleasantly surprised for the service and customer care they gave me. I dealt with Ilani Robert and Pieter. and a few others Sorry i can't remember their names. However, they went the extra mile to return my vehicle in excellent condition. With Santam and all their staff that helped me along with VDS i am very thankful and appreciate what you did for me.

Accounts depart Not able to locate Payment.
Account no 89952939 Case No 6794820 Account Paid in FULL 29/07/15 <br> after about 12 Calls, 7 Emails, with proof of payment, the Accounts Depart is NON existent and Uncountable. and No one can sort this problem. <br> 5/8 I called 011 2892222 - they need proof of Pmt - i gave it to them. <br> 10/08 Simandele.skosana Proof of pmt required. <br> Simnikwe proof of pmt needed. <br> 12/08 Fezile - proof of pmt needed <br> 12/08 Jamil @FnB 9:47hrs send Pof Pmt to [Email Removed] <br> I also send Prof of PMT to payments [Email Removed]<br> 15/08/15 Sis i DSTV Princess Crossing said there is a 29.00 re connection fee because they siad payment only come thru on 12/08 .
