I always enjoy eat Maynard jelly babies/teddies as a snack during my university days and now at work. It's a great booster and always keeps me busy. However, today in my jelly teddies I found a sweet that does not look like a teddie and I just have to wonder how did it get in here. It doesn't look like any of the Maynard sweets.
I've called the Cell C customer care line 3 times today and my issue has not been resolved. First the system needed to be updated, secondly again the system had a problem and lastly the consultant could not help me with my problem. I recharged with R100 airtime yesterday, I bought a gig of data yesterday as well as paid off my emergency recharge account. This morning 21 Oct, I bought a 120mb data bundle with an airtime balance of R53. However to my surprise I see that my airtime is R3 and my data bundle is still active with 8mb left. Why was R50 taken from my airtime account when I still have an active data bundle? When it was depleting I wanted to recharge my account but was surprised to only find R3. Please fix this day light robbery. I also explained that when I switch off my data and watch my downloads I was receiving sms that my data bundle was depleting. The first consultant that I spoke to explained that cell c was having problems with their sms notification system. Please advise and please fix this.
Cell C is playing on my last nerve. The last time I checked my airtime balance I had R51.00. In a space of 15minutes I check again and I'm left with 0.00 I will be honest and say that I sent a video on WhatsApp. The video is 28sec and I was on Facebook for less than two minutes and R51.00 was taken. Which I do not understand! A week ago my place was burgled and they stole my phone. The best thing that Cell C could do for me was block my phone. I've had this contract since 2010 and Cell C cannot do anything for me. I am really disappointed and fed up with Cell C. It is really unfair and inhumane the way they have assisted me. Please do better. As Ghandi states "your customers are more important than your employees" Upon calling Cell C I was told that it is R1.60 per WhatsApp message. Which I also do not understand because there is a R4 WhatsApp ShoutOut bundle. The lady who assisted me on the phone did not help me at all. She just agreed and said "yes your airtime is gone". Which I find very rude and cruel. She further states that R51.00 is nothing. Cell C needs to address these issues in a professional matter. Money is money. And I spent money to buy this airtime. It was not nothing.
