Pleasant and friendly service. They are professional and quick, but also very warm and welcoming. The purchase went smoothly with no discomfort. Definitely recommend them 💯!
Service is incredibly slow. And not up to standard. Not the first time this has happend where we have waited more than 1 hour for a small dish of food or simply something to drink. We had to go and call the waiters on a previous encounter just to take our drink order. Waiting about 1 hour for a small table of 4 people for breakfast.... No apologies from the waiters or chef, no excuses given as to why it took long or might take longer than normal. The orders was taken and the wait started the waiters do not come to the table to check on their guests, the chefs did not come and tell us that the food might take longer to make. The food was good but the serviced ruined the entire experience. Having to wait one hour for breakfast is not up to standard.
Between 11 and 14 april 2022 i have phone the builderswarehouse customer nr. They said they do not have a contaxt nr forthe bedwortpark builders warehouse store but they are gald and wiling to assit with any questions. I asked about if the store are selling a auger machine ( that drills into the ground) the customer person replied yes they do. He gave me the price of R2499 and the drill bots startingg from R118 depending on the drill size. I asked if they have stock at Bedwortpark on which he said yes there is 4 in store. On 2022-04-21 my parents went to buy the auger at buuilderswarehouse bedworthpark. In the store they were quick to assist. My dad asked about the auger and the sales person said yes they have. He even went and collect a trolley to put the auger in. Mu dad went with him and notice the price on the shelve. He asked the saleperson to just double check the. Price as there. Is a difference in the. Price i have phoned for. The sale assistance went and request the. Price and came back to my dad statinf the price as R5300. Ny dad said no thank you he is not taking the machine as the. Price difference as more than double. As my dad walked out anothe sale person also spoke to himand explain that there might be a difference in price on line than to price instore. My complain is not about service or product but about the huge price difference. Is this. Possible?... Needless to say my dad took the bussiness in buying the auger to another company. There is however thing that my dad saw. Inside builders which he needs but we are to scared to go back. What if the instore price on the items are again more than double the online. Or is is going to be switch so. That. Online. Is more than. Instore.?
I would just like to know what is there left to do, I have cancelled my plane ticket in December because i needed to take care of my Aunt(Grandmother) for she was ill and was admitted in the hospital, I cancelled my ticket more than 10 days before i was suppose to use the plane ticket. I spoke to a lady that said the will not refund me because I am not the one that is ill, then she said i must send a statement letter to the voucher department stating that my aunt (grandmother) was in hospital and that I needed to take care of her, I got a letter from the hospital and sent it to them they didn't respond in the time of two weeks so I called in just to find out my emails was not even looked at yet, the lady I spoke to then said the documentation was wrong but could not assist in saying what I should give( she was not very friendly, instead of explaining to me what to do she was rude and did not at least pretend to understand my situation or give me advise on what steps to take next). I gave them what they asked for a letter I wrote a statement from the hospital with her admission and release date. No one has tried to contact me or could assist me. Have i lost the money I paid for the ticket now? Will i receive a voucher ? no one can help me in this matter... Is there anyone that knows what to do now? that can actually assist me or at least explain to me what to do ? it has almost been a month with little to no help/assistance at all.
Less than one star would be better, i can not believe the type of service i received this weekend. on 2 November 2019 at 20:23 I placed my order for four large pizza's, the lady that took my order said it will be delivered to my address( after she confirmed my address ) in 35 (thirty five) minutes time.... I called Deboniars Pizza at Washington Post Vereeniging at 20:55 to confirm if the order has been dispatched !! and yes yes it was!! at 21:17 i called again because i am not far from Washington Post Vereeniging debonairs and asked where the order is.... The lady started screaming at me and said she is busy i must wait my turn for delivery, i asked her not to scream as my order is almost an hour late, I called again at 21:35 saying my order is an hour late and I would like to know where it is and if i must myself come and pick it up , she said again it has been sent out less then five minutes ago, I said to her that someone else said that the order has been dispatched more than half an hour 30 minutes ago and it has not yet been received... she said I must talk to the manager, she shouted at the manager while busy with me on the phone without even trying to put me on hold out of respect !!! the night manager on duty at Debonairs Pizza on 2 November 2019 at 21 :42 told me that i must be more patient and the order has been sent out, she asked me to confirm my number and my order so she can see what is going on... firstly she was rude secondly the address was wrong and thirdly she could not tell me where the order is and where it is going.... she said she will see to the matter an my order will be sent to me right away !!!! Yeah right !!! at 22:15 i got a call from the driver / delivery man shouting at me that he is in front of my gate and i must come and collect my pizza, i went outside and told him there is no one he continued screaming at me that i must walk outside of my yard and into the street because he is in front of my gate and he cant wait for me ... its 22:25 i was driving up and down the street and i could not see the driver i called him and he gave me the address but again it was wrong after i confirmed it with the female night manager on 2 November 2019, he then screamed at me he is going to the shop and will call me back, at 22:35 the night manager called me and said i must talk to the driver and handed him the phone he was calm an collective and apologized as he had the wrong address, he handed the phone back to the night manager, I asked her what is the next step now as I have been waiting for over 2 hours for four pizza's, she said that she would call me the next day that is today on 3 November 2019 with an apology but i must still pay for the pizza's when it is delivered, i told her that i could not accept that as it is 2 hours over the time that i have ordered and the quality of the food would have decreased , she said she understand but that is not her problem as they were busy and could not help it, for two hours i have been waiting for my order and being screamed at by Debonairs Pizza Washington Post Branch.. still i have not received a call nor any kind of apology I am very sorry but being treated like that is not acceptable... Treat your customers with more respect !!!!!
On 2018/12/26 I have spent more than R700 for a movie, popcorn and drinks for 3 people( my fiancee my brother and myself) we arrived 30 MIN(half an hour) early for our movie Aqua man at 14:30 on 2018/12/26 we spent the whole 30 min in a Que to receive our popcorn and drinks when we got in the front of the line the lady who should help us said that she WILL NOT be helping us as she is on lunch and left it took another 5 min to get another attention to give us our already paid for beverages. after receiving our popcorn and drinks we went to another lady to give our ticket to go watch our intended movie for which we were already late due to the service we got ! just to be told we may not enter as the "ticket readying machine" is not working!!! I explained to her what just happened and she confirmed that the movie has already started and left to seek help after 3 more minutes she returned and said we may enter.
