UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL & VERY DISAPPOINTING-& POSSIBLY THIEVES
A woman named Jamie Ruiters started out very sweet and helpful over the phone. She said there was still time on a Friday afternoon for a pickup for an urgent Saturday delivery. Then literally right after I sent her the POP, she sends me an email stating, "Apologies, we just heard that our Montague gardens vehicle had a breakdown and have delays with deliveries And they unfortunately cannot make it for your collection. So so sorry for the inconvenience caused." And that is it. No suggestions on ways she can rectify this for a day later and no mention of a return of funds. When I try to call now, the receptionist asked my name (for the first time) and told me Jamie was unavailable-very convenient. I'm thinking they are a big scam. I have tried to email to find a solution and nobody has responded. This was an urgent shipment and they have cost me a lot now. I would not recommend them at all and am extremely disappointed!!!

<p>I'm pretty sure this site Animal Gear Online Shop (@AnimalGearZA) is a ****! I ordered a simple iron on November 23rd & STILL haven't received it & cannot get 1 human on the phone or to reply to my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!</p>
