Aramex really need to contact me regarding my order thats been with them for a month.
Does not answer their phones They do not respond to your emails, how are you suppose to get updates on your parcel?

This is really Bad business. I am an established member... Where you place orders way before the time. You are rushed for a deadlines, But when it comes to pulling their weight noting is done. What incompetence is this??? I would really like for someone to contact me from Inuka!
I am an established Inuka member I have placed an order on the 6th of August 2020. Have not recieved a dispatch message too this day! I have emailed them multiple times, and called them numerous times And have still not recieved a response
It seems like Pepstore Checkers hyper klerlsdorp has never went for client service training From Mamagement to Staff to their head office department. I have logged a complaint 3 days ago, and I have still not recieved any feedback, after the manager with the name of Magerita refused to help me because the store allegedly closes at one, but she can only assist 3 clients in the que, I was the 4th because the store closes at 13:00, But this was 12:30 and no where did it state that we would be refused to be helpped at a certain time. I aways buy stuff from pepstore But if I don't get the apology I deserve I will never buy from them again and neither will my family and I will make sure that i spread the word on how pathetic their client service is.
