PENSION FUND PAYOUT COMPLAINT

My father passed away almost 4 years ago and up until today we don not know what he's pension fund balance was. The pension fund refused to give us the information. We were at their offices as well and they refused to assist us told us their system was offline. The Municipality where my father used to work informed us that my mother received to little money and that the monthly pension is also incorrect. The amount that she is receiving now is half of what she is supposed to get. Someone has to take action because our parents and family worked hard all their lives just for this to happen in the end.
