I am saddened that the Municipality waste collectors broke my dustbin and now, I am told that the Municipality does not issue dustbin anymore and advised me to purchase my own dustbin which I did not break. Taking into consideration the rate and taxes that I pay for and then I am refunded for my damaged bin. I try to explain to then that I did not break the bin but is the waste collectors. Now NY house and yard are full of flies because of the broken bin. I also mentioned the health hazard due to the open bin and this may affect my kids health. After they responded that I need to buy myself a bin, I am really disappointed in the Midvaal Municipality, nothing with them is of good customer service.

I have been trying to get hold of the municipality since yesterday 28/12/2018 regarding my electricity but the line is not answered. I don't have electricity and my food in the fridge is going spoilt. I am very unhappy with midvaal municipality. When I call the direct line it takes me to the fire station and they try and transfer me to the electricity department but still no one is answering the phone. If this is what we paying for then clearly it is not fair. I really need electricity because I buy it. Can someone at the municipality answer the phone in the electricity department. 2 days and no answer this is not fair at all!
