We have been with Herotel for 6 years and never had issues until recently. Four days without Wi-Fi - four days are very long if you work from home and relay 100% on having Wi-Fi. They keep on giving us the run around and tell us that someone is coming out to see to the issue. When we phone they ignore our calls and on the occasion that they do answer, they can't tell us when someone is coming to assist. Managed to get through to the supervisor and she said that what she see on the system is that we are aware of when the technician will be coming out, but no one informed us. Very disgusted with this terrible customer service!!

Received terrible service from the gentleman/manager working at Anthony & Co at Cascades Lifestyle centre! Bought shoes from them and took it back after 45 minutes as the one shoe is smaller than the other. Walked out without my shoes and no money, because he claims that they need to investigate even though you can see the difference clearly. According to this manager I've worn the shoes even though you can see it has just been fitted. Please be careful when you buy at this store!
We have been trying to sort out the problem with our wifi for 2 days now. Wifi have been slow or not working at all for 5 days. After 13+ phone calls and many excuses, our wifi is still not working. First we were told that it's issue in our area, then we were told it was our router, next phone call they said it was your router that was faulty. Phoning today, arrogant Donovan told us that it is our Switch, without wanting to listen anything else we say. When I was finally fed up and wanted someone to come and have a look your technician, Donovan, put the phone down while I'm talking. We were told that no one is working on Saturday, but we must go without wifi and that is unacceptable. Basically we are paying for a service that we don't receive.
