I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the waste removal guys. It is the 2nd week in a row that they have not collected our rubbish, please tell me what we are paying for then, my fiance actually ran after the truck to find out why and they ignored him flat. Then he called them and a woman named Daphny Assured us they would return and nothing, last week they were rude to my mother and also did not collect the rubbish, they also promised to return and never did. I am deeply frustrated by this, there is nothing wrong with the bin in fact it isnt even entirely full. Hell I'd also love to be paid a salary for not doing my dam job! This is in the Bonaero park Kempton park area. We must just pay for a service that we are not receiving and then get ignored flat! The service delivery is appalling!

We renting a house through Cle properties with the owner Pieter Du Preez in Bonaero park and the owner has not fixed the property since we moved in after several meetings to do so nothing has been done to date. My son ended up in hospital because the mold at the property affects his chest but nothing got done. We had set up dates for the repairs to be done which never materialized either. After we refused to sign the new lease until the repairs are done the owner and agent came to discuss fixing the property we were promised the repairs would get done and it never happened they only wanted us to sign a new lease and we are now being held randsom by the landlord to stay until 01st December, however he is in breach of the lease so we should actually be able to vacate the property and get our deposit back. We have cc,d Lawrence Khan the branch managerinto all the mails of the complaints and to date have had no response from him either. We have found another place to move to and now the owner wants to come fix the residence but we have been held liable to pay for the water bill every month after complaining about leaks on the property for months. We received a report from Hollard leak detection stating that there are leaks on the property but the owner denys knowledge of any leaks although we have it in black and white and it was sent to us by him. Now he wants to inconvenience us to fix in order to find new tenants. The property is not in a good state the kitchen cupboards are rotten from the mold, the fascia boards are falling off the roof there are leaks everywhere and the tiles are lifting yet the agency ignores all requests and does not support us at all. I have never rented a property and had this amount of problems where the owner does not want to fix the property and the agency does nothing. The owner blatantly sends sarcastic emails but he is in breach of the lease. It is our right to live in a residence that is in a suitable condition whilst we pay our rent every month. We were also illegally listed by the agency on ITC previously for late payment but was done before the 7th and was not an ongoing issue.This is the most pathetic agency I've ever dealt with and would not recommend that anybody use them when renting a property. They basically get paid comission to do nothing! They are clearly not aware of the tenant and landlord rights and obligations as stated by the rental housing tribunal. We have improved the property without any reimbur*****t and to date no response from the owner and the agency. Yet they want their rent paid on time every month to live in unlivable conditions. We have had to find a new place and have been inconvenience by moving all because neither the agency or the landlord have honoured the lease agreement. And then they still want us to stay the full two months to milk us for rent.
We are currently in unit 15 a chalet its been raining all morning. The chalet is upstairs. My fiance slipped and fell as there are no safety strips on the stairs. We went to speak to the owner Simon and told him we would like our money back so we can go home and take my fiance to the doctor. He is injured as his toe looks like it is broken/sprained and he has bruising and sc****s on his back. Simon was blatantly rude he said we should open our eyes and be careful on the stairs we asked him to place safety strips on the stairs he said no he cant. He also told us we are taking a fat chance because we want our money back . The lady in the unit next to us also slipped and fell on the stairs. There are no safety signs and no safety strips with grip on the stairs. The moment we asked for our money back the owner got rude. We have come to this resort several times before and spent money here. Only to be faced with a rude owner who has no concern for his guests. We are being forced to stay or we lose our money. I will never spend money at this resort again in future and cant believe the owners neglect to concern for his visitors. This is a liability claim. All we want is our money back so we can leave and go to the doctor. But he insits we are taking a chance when he saw the injuries with his own eyes.
