Unfortunately my experience with this ISP has been under par. Their actual internet speeds does not match what you paying for, on a good day one will get 10% of the actual speed. Internet is down half of the time and speaking to their support doesn’t help, they make you feel like they doing you a service and their contact number does not work to escalate issues. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone
If only I could give negative stars. They truly deserve no stars. The company is as useful as ********. I have cancelled services in September yet 30+ days later they haven’t paid my deposit. Tried calling and they either not answering or dropping the call mid call.
Scammers of note, I am staying in an apartment and since the start of winter I am paying roughly 2k a month for water and electricity. That is what most households consisting of 4+members are paying in winter running geyser etc. They have no shame. And their call consultants are as bright as eskom during load shedding
