Service NON EXISTENT@ INDUSTRY SEA POINT.

INDUSTRY ( Cafe Sofia before) Sea Point. Shocking. New venue, same ole same as per old Cafe Sofia. Nothing has changed!! Poor poor service is an understatement. Short staff as per normal. Lame excuses by Sandra the owner. Always have an excuse and she is point blank RUDE. Spinning and running around when there are 3 tables in attendance. She has got NO IDEA as to manage and run a restaurant/coffee shop. She shud retire with her cat and leave this great venue to somebody with knowledge. There is ALWAYS something short or missing, then SANDRA must quickly run to Pick n Pay across the road, or corner shop, or somewhere to go buy stock. They never have a decent float for sufficient change, waiters must always scratch in their pockets and wallets for this. Why cant u just employ decent staff and train them. Maybe because u dont pay them as per standard. You are always in a tiff, specially when a group of people, who did not book, arrives. U rather have a silly excuse than to make a SNAPPY PLAN to accomodate. SAD SAD SAD. IF I CUD GIVE 0 Stars I would have. Nothing wud ever change with ur management style.
