Very dissatisfied at the level of service I’ve received.Firstly they cancelled my order on their end and they don’t even have a system in place which the funds can go into a walle***** over 8 days waiting for a refund and when the refund was done they deducted it again on the very same day.I am sent pillar to post when you ask them to call back they never ever do.I will never use their services again id instead stick to checkers
They do fishing and money laundering.They told me I approve for a loan of r100000 even though my credit status is bad and then they went and transferred the supposed money into an account number that is not mine and then requested that I pay 1000 upfront before they could put the money in the correct account.They even changed the otp they sent me.My ID is on there and my account details which I will definitely be changing.Be very careful guys.No matter how desperate you are you cannot get a loan on bad credit.Anywhere.Not even sure if the names used was the correct names but the business whatsapp account also is gone. Vanished be very careful
I am very upset with the level of service I have received from standard bank. Here's my story I applied for a credit card online, a consultant called me back and we completed the application which was approved for a limit of 10 000,this was on the 10th of December... With no feedback from them as to the application after I sent through my documents, I decided to go into a branch last Friday which I then completed the application. This morning I received a sms saying my application was canceled... Like I just wanna know what the purpose of their online applications are if it's so complicated. Very dissatisfied.
