Have asked for 3 months now for reversal being done on eft payment where beneficiary has same account number as another person made so many calls to complain sent so many forms just get passed on no service
I transferred money via EFT and it went to a different account name how can the account number be the same but it’s belongs to a different person I have enquired about this a 100 times and just get ignored I see it as a mistake from the banks side I have lost a lot of money
I made a faulty EFT payment that went through but the beneficiary name and bank is not the same. They can’t assist me with reversal. I don’t understand how it can go through if it’s the same bank with the same account different name. Service is terrible
This is a warning to anybody investing in Louise Liebenberg Forever Diamonds and Gold they only pay out the first few times if you’re lucky it all sounds very promissing I lost all my money they are scammers
FNB Lifestyle Centurion absolutely herendous service passports paid and forms filled in online we were sent away to never get our passports renewed websites don’t work properly spent days trying to get appointments
Please don’t ever rent a car from them they keep your deposit and charge for damages that were on vehicle when we rented we use rental cars regularly as we have a holiday home in the CapeI just want to warn customers because this can ruin your holiday with extra expenses
Said we damaged the car we rented which we didn’t and won’t give us any proof of damage just retained R6000 without any invoice or explanation. We use rental cars often we will never use them again and I will let everybody know on social media. The weirdest thing is that exactly the same thing happened to someone else that we know as well.
