Useless and Skelm

We had lunch at Crawdaddy's Montana on 30/12/2018,service was ok and food ok.When paying the Bill with my card the card declined on there card machine (card machine gives a print out with almost no ink and unable to read).Got the sms from Standard bank that the transaction went through.Not accepting my sms that the payment went trough i was forced to go withdraw money to pay the bill and was told that the transaction will reverse on my account.It's 08/01/2019 and no transaction was refunded to my account.I have contacted Crawdaddy's Montana 5 times now,spoken to 3 different managers with no results,just promises to call me back,but nothing!I have consulted Standard bank as well who also confirmes that the transaction was succesfull.You will never see me again,and i will go out of my way to spread the word how dodgy Crawdaddy's Montana is!!
