Spent 45min on various calls with Discovery to do a simple authorisation. They keep sending me between pre authorisation department and keycare department. Just before authorization is processed my call drops! Call again, and now they want to send me between departments again and I have to do it all over again. I am in literal tears. As a side note, the HEALTH TOUCH department is also not being helpful. You guiyus should not be causing trauma like this.
Thanks for being the best insurer around, Naked. You guys stick to your word and don’t make us jump through hoops. Love that I can claim, add, cancel, and do just about anything on the app.
You have the worst call centre in existence, Discovery. I just spent an hour on the line and got NOWHERE!! The agents sometimes just drop the call, or they put me through to an incorrect department or give me numbers to call that are only for doctors. I have had so so many calls like this. Please sort out your call centre. It is inacceptable
Over the phone, the man we spoke to assured us they could remove rubble and furniture from our property. When they arrived, they were extremely rude, and refused to take anything, whether of value or not. Service not as advertised at all. They do not remove rubble, even though their pamphlet and communication says otherwise. Don't recommend working with these people.
I would like to publicly honour the exceptional efforts from my son's nursing staff member at Netcare Waterfall City Hospital Pediatric ICU, sister Jabu Nxumalo who made extra effort to ensure we are at ease with video calls home. We sent the company our concerns about leaving our son at the PICU unit without a parent at night. The company did not brush off our concerns, but made us feel at ease. Sister Jabu went the extra mile for our son, and we are so thankful. I would also like to publicly honour Dr Denise Parris, who has been instrumental in improving the health of my three year old son with medical complexities and a compromised immune system. She has been accessible and wise in his treatment, always taking our concerns seriously and ensuring he gets the very best care. She goes above and beyond and we are so thankful. This company was recommended to me by friends. So far, they have stuck to their promises and covered my pets for the stuff we insured them for. Unlike our previous insurance provider, Dotsure has not used loopholes to get out of covering what they said they would. Thanks for being honest and up-front Dotsure.
