Very bad experience and they are taking chances and collect the money and give the excuses to send the equipment. In December 2024 I booked for 2 forklifts and paid in full, they didnt send the equipment and told me no transport to move the forklifts, I hire from different company and paid extra charges for last minute booking. The guy name called Lucky from Ozzon said I will get compensate and do the refund immediately, then he started giving me stories no finance teams are working in December period and will be sort in first week of January, since then every day he is giving me he will sort today or tomorrow. I received 50% of the amount I paid and remaining amount is still pending. Now the guy is not even taking my calls.
I HAVE APPLIED TELKOM MOBILE CONTRACT FOR IPHONE XS 256 GB AND IN ISTORE MALL OF AFRICA ON 27TH DECEMBER 2018 AND THE STATUS OF APPLICATION HAS BEEN REFERRED FOR APPROVAL. THE CONSULTANT HAS BEEN SENT ALL THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS THROUGH MAIL TO CREDIT APPROVAL DEPT AND SAID IT MAY TAKE 2-3 DAYS TO GET THE RESPONSE. TILL TODAY NO STATUS CHANGE AND THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER FOR TELKOM TO FIND OUT THE STATUS. THEY ARE SAYING WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TELKOM RESPOND. IT IS VERY BAD NO TELKOM SUPPORT CENTER FOR THESE QUERIES.
