These guys are just going to take your money and run!!! DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY TELL YOU Also did work for them.Client payed for the work that I have completed. Just giving me the run around!! All bull**** of course.dont give them any of your money or offer any of your services to them
Mweb service is pathetic I submitted for fibre installation on the beginning of desember 2018 So sadv came did the installation and had to now wait for my router. They took so long to deliver the router that I decided to go and get one,on the 28th of desember I phoned mweb to activate my account. Very exited plug everything in,let's get started and just downhill from here...so I can't connect to the internet!!! Gave mweb a call where they logged a fault after they ran me through some steps trying to resolve it,but can't so they said a technician will be send out.so sadv gives me a call just to let me know that everything is fine on there side and I should contact mweb, contact mweb where they will investigate. After a few days later I give mweb a ring to ask what's going on just to be told everything has already been sorted out a few days ago and I should have internet as they say everything is ok on there side and sadv side...ok Try to connect to internet directly from modem with Ethernet cable to computer...still nothing NO internet!!! Phone them again just to be told again a technician will be send out... I mean really...hasn't work from the beginning and to top it all off they are very eager to take your money Even though I have not had any internet ever!!! So from the 28th desember 2018 that I have activated my account to the 1st of january 2019 they charged me almost a grand for what I don't know as there has never been internet from the get go!!! Guess what I still don't have any internet
