I went to go do my kids laundry, since I’m in PE on holiday and ended up loosing way more than what I had payed for. Four item that make up an outfit went missing. Owner had the nerve w say that he would understand if it were one item but three items is bazzer, as we later found that a fourth item was missing. We have had no response and no assistance what so ever. We lost way more and on top of that paid for their service. Sorry excuses for business.
I made an online purchase from Eco Essential on 8 December 2018, shipping policy on their site states 5-7 business days. However, I have not yet received my order but being the nice person that I am I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the busy season. I therefore decided to track my order, just to check when I might be expecting it to arrive. The number listed on their site and Facebook page does not exist, emailed them no response. The value of my order is R650 that I have lost to these crooks of scammers . I then decided to post a comment regarding this on their Facebook page, they therefore sent me a message on Facebook messenger asking my order number and I gave it to them with the hope that the matter would be resolved. Days went by, nothing. I decided to drop them a message if there is any feedback on my order queiry and NOTHING, NO RESPONSE. Two days ago I posted again on their Facebook page and again they inboxed me for my order number. They have removed all my comments on their page. I have not yet received my order and have lost my money to them. I would just hate for the same thing to happen to someone else. They must be stopped
