I have been trying to have my billing address changed with Cell C , i have called over 2 months ago and informed Cell C that my address has changed, the consultant confirmed the changes and advised that my address will reflect on my next statement. i received my statement and that address wasnt changed, i called Cell c repeatedly and i was told by the Social Media manager that it would be rectified by the next morning, nothing happened no call no email. i called Cell C once again i was told that a query was raised and someone would call and that i should go to a store to have my billing address changed. I received a call from Thabilise who told me that she is on emergency leave and that they are working on the issue they cannot give a time frame as to when my billing address will be updated then im told it is a system problem and nobody in the whole of Cell C can assist or can change my billing address, i have even tried the store. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE CELL C. I have read the customer services manager boost their customer service im yet to see it. A simple request is now impossible. IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS
I purchased 20 frozen ma baker pies for my 5 year old. When eating she choked on a bone found in the pie. This is pathetic quality control. My child could have been serious injuried due to this incompetence.
