Vodacom, this is my second review. You and your staff have proven to be absolutely useless and pathetic. Not one person can assist me as I am in an M2 system It's not my problem that you guys upgraded your system and left a select few customers on the old system. So frustrated with you. I have been writing emails to CEO@vodacom.co.za, customer complaints, I recieve nothing back.
I am extremely unhappy and to be honest the level of service I am receiving from vodacom is absolutely ridiculous and **********. I have been trying to do an upgrade now for the past 6 months. No one is able to assist me because apparently I am on something called the legacy system or the m2 or n2 system and no one has access. Someone attempted to do an upgrade with me in June tgis year but I wasn't happy with the deal and didn't accept the offer. The items were returned. However, apparently it wasn't canceled on your end. Now for the past 3 months I have been calling after sales everyday just to get them to cancel that order so someone can do the upgrade. Afterwards advised that the order was canceled on 14 November. 3 weeks ago a consultant said they processed the upgrade and I will receive my stuff in the next 3 working days. I waited and waited. Nothing came. Eventually after numerous calls, I managed to speak to the same agent who said he processed the upgrade and when I asked why I didn't receive the stuff, he said the old order was not canceled in the system No I have been calling everyday. It's absolutely frustrating. Even the stores are saying they can't help me until the after sales guys cancel this order. This was apparently escalated to head office but I still recieved no joy. Apparently you have now blocked my number from calling any call center and I am absolutely livid. Being a customer with you guys for over 20 years and this is absolutely pathetic. I demand that someone resolve this matter immediately. Not even the vodacom stores can help me. I have been going back and forth and up a d down for months now and no one can assist. My contract is expired and I can't even cancel or port my number. And your call centers always promise to call back but never do. Absolutely pathetic vodocom. You don't even deserve 1 star
Please don't use this company as they are frauds. I nearly got scammed for R10000. Was looking for a golden retriever puppies and came across the Puppy Sales SA website and enquired if they had any puppies available. A lady called Elizabeth Gcwalisle contacted me via both email and whatsapp and said she had puppies available and that they are R4000 each and would cost R1000 Rand per puppy for transport. After lots of email and whatsapp, we finally agreed on two puppies and she emailed me her bank details. And then told that the details she emailed were incorrect and that she would whatsapp the correct bank details. The bill was R10000. I was literally seconds away from paying her when I decided to research the company and came across a review of Puppy Sales SA on Hello Peter. The review basically called the whole ordeal a scam. I then sent Elizabeth the link to the review and basically asked her whats this about. She seemed shocked and claimed that people were using her name and company in disrepute. I then told her that I am not comfortable paying and that I wanted to video call her to ensure that the pictures of the pups which she was sending me was actually true. We agreed on a time however, Elizabeth never answered and stopped replying to my whatsapp and emails. The strange thing was that everything on the website and emails and even whatsapp profile pic seemed so legit and as though this lady had immense love for dogs and a passion to find them a good home. But it was all part of the scam.
