No C port so product fails
It is now an international standard that devices of this nature, including cell phones and the like, should be equipped with a C charger port . SleepZen supplies an M port. Unlike C ports the male end of the cable for this port can only be inserted one way. As one is working through a very small hole in the material one is inclined to sometimes put it in the wrong way and if this is done repeatedly it damages the port rendering the entire product useless . I think this is really ********* behaviour.

Hyperstech/NOVADS. Don't buy. These fraudsters through and through.
Purchased and paid for a smar****ch (XWhatch) and have received nothing but stupid automatic emails and excuses ever since. I think that they have a computerised system which generates a response regardless of what you say. They are obviously complete fraudsters and I wish I could take retribution. They say that they are based in the UK but they aren't. They lurk somewhere in Hong Kong. Don't buy anything from this crowd.
