I would like to write a review about Home-Connect; Angeline was very helpful and sorted out my problems.
Rain just cut me off. I've been waiting 6 hours after asking for technical support on their app and in an email. Actually technical non-support.
I have had a premier current account and card for over 20 years now. I have just sold my house for over R1.3M and needed bridging finance for the move etc. I had a meeting with someone at the Midrand branch who said Absa is not interested. The day after the money hits my account I will be moving all my accounts somewhere else as Absa does not care about long term clients.
I bought a Samsun Galaxy A02 online during the pandemic and it is the worst phone I have ever had. If Samsung can sell such a piece of **** at that price this is definitely my last Samsung phone
When I purchased the product on Monday I was promised delivery on Thursday. When I asked for a tracking number on Wednesday I was sent a email saying it was collected with a false Courier and Tracking number. The product was only collected that night and I only received it on Thursday. Product is good but lies were not.
Received product within 24 Hours. Was exactly as described. This is how business should be conducted.
Vodacom are trying to ***** customers. Now that they have been ordered to lower data prices, they are calling customers with contracts that are lower than current prices but higher than the prices they will be allowed to charge soon. One they have you signed to the new contract you are *****ed out of the new lower prices coming next month.
Vodacom lied! They announced they will roll over unused data that expired for free. If you buy a data bundle they will charge you to allow you to use the data that you have paid for. Be very careful because they use obscure wording to hide this fact. They pretend to give you a service but are actually *****ing customers.
The address on their website doesn't exist. The product doesn't exist. You will never get your order! People who ordered and paid in July 2018 still haven't received their order or a refund. This company only takes your money with no product or intention to deliver.
