NEW NAME, SAME SCAM
THEY ARE RUNNING A NEW SCAM UNDER THE NAME OF "CAPE APPLIANCES". SAME GUYS. ANYONE WHO WAS SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS CAN EMAIL ME ON thinus "dot" george "at" gmail "dot" com or call me on zero eight two three two six eight four five two.

THINK TWICE - NOT NICE!
My personal opinion and advice - DON'T even think about buying anything from this place! Just don't do it. I am still waiting for a refund as they could not supply the TV I purchased on Black Friday last year (November 23, 2018), and despite following-up numerous times I now don't even get a response from them. It is now March 13, 2019. I have pretty much resigned myself to the fact they have stolen my money. I will be pleasantly surprised if I get it back. Maybe they are running some type of scam company or the like. Rather buy on a reputable website like Takealot.

Appliance House Fraud!!!!
STAY AWAY from Appliance House!!! Do not be fooled by their attractive website and unbeatable deals. This company/website is 100% a scam!!! I bought a LG Neo Chef from then on the 27th of November and after false promises and back and forth excuses I did my own research and found that this company was fraudulent. Luckily through the help of other Hellopeter reviews I was able to get hold of two people that have a whole system in place for other people who have purchased something from Applicance House to pressure them into refunding peoples hard earned money. Theuns ********** or Adri ********** only via whatsapp. I was one of the lucky few that got refunded after 2 months.

Failure by Appliance House to refund monies
<p>The company is a ***, they cancelled my order last on the 5th of December so I called on ********** 336 and call told me I would get my refund in 3 business days. I called them on the 4th day and then they told me that I would get it in 7 business days, thereafter I called them back and then they told me I would get it in 21 business days. Sent them countless emails to no avail, until I the call centre four times on the same day asking them as to what is going on? The call centre assured me that my refund is being processed and he even sent me an email stating so. After 53 days I still haven't received my money back. I even emailed Appliance House UK to find out if they are a parent company, and told within minutes that they are not affiliated with Appliance House in South Africa. So don't be fooled by online companies in SA using similar names as companies abroad and think they are above board. You will get robbed just as I was all that's left to do is open a criminal case because I've tried everything at my disposal to get my money back.</p>

Don't trust Appliance House
The address on their website doesn't exist. The product doesn't exist. You will never get your order! People who ordered and paid in July 2018 still haven't received their order or a refund. This company only takes your money with no product or intention to deliver.

The address on their website doesn't exist. The product doesn't exist. You will never get your order! People who ordered and paid in July 2018 still haven't received their order or a refund. This company only takes your money with no product or intention to deliver.

Appliance horror!!!
<p>I am horrified!!! The mayority other reviews on Appliance House is very similar to my dealings with this company and speculation that this could be a **** is horrifying!!! I purchased a AEG Gas / Electric free standing cooker for R8610 on Black Friday weekend and since then I had several email correspondence from Appliance House postponing delivery several times with what I thought (considering it was Black Friday weekend) plausible excuses, but the last delivery dates I was given was between 4 to 11 January and to date I haven’t received the product and all email enquiries go unanswered and as noted by others the website has been taken down. After reading all the other reviews I feel I have no alternative but to report this to my bank as a ********** transaction and I will have to go to SAPS to make case. All I wanted was a stove purchased with hard earned money and instead I got a hole in my kitchen-wall and in my pocket. Absolutely gutted!</p>

<p>These guys are just terrible. I ordered and paid on black Friday 23 November 2018. They did not deliver. Their phones don't get answered and they don't respond to emails. A few days after the order they informed me that they had too many orders in black Friday so they need to cancel my order and give me a refund. I am still waiting for my refund. Their website no longer works. I don't think this business exists.</p>
