This morning I submitted a home insurance claim regarding my roof that blew off in the living room. It's 15:00 pm and I still haven't been assisted. I've called the service center several times and they keep transferring me from 1 consultant to another. Basically I'm faced with reality of sleeping with an open roof where my family's security compromised not to even mention the possibilitie of rain damaging my home contents
I placed an order for 2 heaters in June,which were supposed to be delivered on the 1st of July but the delivery was never fulfilled.
I placed an order on the 13th of July 2022 and it was canceled on the 14th of July 2022 due to stock not being available.I haven't received my refund since.I wrote countless emails without receiving any response.
Jumia is an online store associated with ZANDO as as I have shopped on ZANDO before I felt I could trust this shop and get good service so I ordered a set of Avent bottles in the beginning of July 2020,the order arrived 3 weeks later and it was not what I ordered I logged a return and was assisted by Samatha who told me that she cannot process the return as the order had not been marked as delivered on their side,but she said she would follow it up.The order was eventually updated to delivered weeks later,I have since sent countless emails with no response trying to get my refund with no response and their call centre is not working at the moment
I bought flight tickets on the app via eBucks and it took double the payment but I only got 1 confirmation and my account was left overdrawn. I've sent numerous emails with the following case numbers:CAS-5492323-L4C5V9, CAS-5492077-N3J8J6, and CAS-5486756-X4K9Q9. I'm a Premier client and they sell us dreams of having a dedicated banker 24/7 when they take our service fees but it's almost a week with no response no service what so ever. Shopping on the First National Bank's app was not as convenient as they advertise and the online staff is useless
I bought goods from Runway Sales I received a message that my goods were shipped on 23-03-2019 it's been days since then,when I reached to Runway they sent a screen shot of the tracking info which says the parcel was delivered on 25-03-2019 but I didn't receive it nor did anyone call me when the delivery was made.I called Dawn wing qnd spoke to Christopher who told me that the package was delivered to the wrong address and they will get back to me when their driver is able to pass there and see if he can get my parcel back.NO SENSE OF URGENCY AT ALL....
Finally I received my refund that I had to wait for,for over a month.
Material missrepresentation I bought a Samsung galaxy J7 Pro for cash online on the Tfg website at the Hi store.It is a dual sim card phone released by Samsung in 2017. I received the phone but to my surprise they sent me a phone that had the one sim slot blocked.I returned the phone as this was not what I paid for.I was informed that the website didn't state that the phone was dual sim,but it didn't state that the one slot was blocked either! This for me is a factory default that causes me to return the phone as my intent was to purchase a Samsung phone that comes with two sim slots,as per cell phone specs by Samsung,why was the fact that the one sim slot is blocked omitted. Tfg and network providers why would you alter key functions/specs of a branded cell phone and not advise the consumer? Why missrepresent the Samsung galaxy J7 Pro by ommiting the fact that you blocked the one sim slot?I will not be bullied into keeping a cell phone that I cannot make full use of
I have contacted DMC regarding a settlement letter for a debt I paid up through their lawyer company V-Tinto.I have been sending emails with no response.The call centre staff won't let me go through to legal.
