WATCH OUT - YOU DON'T GET 10% OF YOUR VIRGIN ATLANTIC FLIGHTS RATHER TRY DISCOVERY BANK OR FNB
Don't waste your time with Virgin Money, their rewards are a waste of time. You're better off with Discovery Bank or FNB who have proper reward schemes that you actually get the benefir from. I followed the exact instructions to book my ticket through the Virgin Atlantic call centre and I DID NOT get the 10% discount on my flight. I tried calling and their customer support is useless as the operators can't assist and they all work for ABSA bank anyway. You can only e-mail their customer support which I did and after numerous follow-ups, and over 1.5 months later, they told me I must contact Virigin Atlantic. They have useless customer support and no accountability for a reward they claim to offer on their website.

THINK TWICE - NOT NICE!
My personal opinion and advice - DON'T even think about buying anything from this place! Just don't do it. I am still waiting for a refund as they could not supply the TV I purchased on Black Friday last year (November 23, 2018), and despite following-up numerous times I now don't even get a response from them. It is now March 13, 2019. I have pretty much resigned myself to the fact they have stolen my money. I will be pleasantly surprised if I get it back. Maybe they are running some type of scam company or the like. Rather buy on a reputable website like Takealot.

Don't Buy From Appliance House (www.appliancehouse.co.za)
My advice: Don't by anything from Appliance House (wwww.appliancehouse.co.za) if you value your money. It seems to me like they are a very well run scam company, based on my personal experience.
