It is the 15th January 2019 and still, despite requesting my banking details two months ago in order to refund my money I am still waiting. The same old answer all the time from Tanya Smit (supposed customer services), "I don't understand why Johnny hasn't contacted you and I don't know why he hasn't refunded you" blah blah. My husband has visited his premises in Marshalltown and same old story. There they all sit and scam any other people out of their money. Vastly different to the reviews you find about the Cape Town Branch. Johnny lives in Olivedale Northern Suburbs Johannesburg, however he never seems to go to the office. Furthermore he is never available on his mobile or landline. Something is very fraudulent about the way this business is run. Something just doesn't add up. Not one person responds. Tanya has even changed her mobiles no answer message to say its Wesley. What a joke but I can see that she was just on WhatsApp minutes ago. Just reads the messages as they appear but without clicking on them to not show the two blue ticks indicating the message was read. They owe my husband and I almost R5000 and I will fight to get it. To the gentleman who was scammed of R24000.00 and anyone else who was defrauded, I suggest you do the same. Take them on! It appears all the employees are in on this or have been instructed by the elusive Johnny to mess customers around.
On the 21st of September 2018 , we received an invoice No: 019371T in connection with Granite Kitchen Counter top and replacing some elements of a small cabinet which the kitchen sink is placed. Johan Kenny came out was very professional, took all the measurements etc. and assured us they the job would be done in no time. Tanya Smit was super friendly and helpful or so it seems but to our horror we have been robbed. We paid R4870,00 and never heard from them. Not once have these people called us or advised of the progress etc. I have spent a fortune just on phone calls etc. and received WhatsApp voice message from Tanya always with a story that she doesn't know why the bosses do this. When I called to confirm installation date Tanya promised to call me back later in the day. That did not happen. So I called and to my horror she informed that they would not be able to do the job, stating that Johan Kenny didn't know what could be done. I find this hard to believe as Tanya Smit herself informed me that they could do the job and that Johan would go out to get measurements for us to receive a quotation. I have tried any which way to get a hold them. This elusive thief the so called boss Johnny and his accomplices Tanya Smit and Johan Kenny do not return any call, and now not even on the land lines. I have been extremely patient and polite despite their despicable ethic or lack thereof. I have contacted our station commander to lay charges of theft and misleading the public and taking their hard earned money. I can provide photographs of Tanya and Johan Kenny AND I AM taking them on. The consumer council is very interested. Thieves it seems come in all forms and even pose as reputable business people. BE WARNED STONEHENGE ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS & NTHIEVES AND ARE PREYING ON THE UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC. They have families and children like the rest of us and this is the example they set. Tanya Smit, Johnny the money handler and Johan Kenny you clearly have no conscience and your scam business needs to be taken down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENCES AND DONT DELIVER. LIARS AND DESTROYERS OF LIVES.
