My HP Pro hardrive is crashing 7 months after purchasing from you, conveniently 1 month after the expiration of the warranty. Is this normal for your stock?
So this is now my 3rd posting about Pick N Pay. On my first one I heard back and it was requested I send an email with pictures of damaged goods, which I have done, two weeks ago and still no response. I have since posted on here again and not even a response to my complaint by Pick n Pay. Honestly this is beyond pathetic now. R500 to repair seams on clothes purchased in the last two months. However they are stitching their viscose items is not working and now costing me money. I'm highly annoyed now at the lack of a response and will now be contacting the CPA and will just cc Pick n Pay in. When you email you get a response about how one of their superheros will get back to you asap, are these heros the ones stitching the clothes too? Is that why they don't respond. There is only a star on here cause I had to atleast put one.
Dearest pick n pay, I am still waiting for feedback regarding numerous clothing items literally falling apart at the seems, not one item is older than two months. I have sent the pictures you've requested and still absolutely nothing. Flogging a complaint off is no way to deal with your customers
I've always loved the clothing but lately have purchased a number of items of poor quality. Two pairs of pants ripped the first time I wore them, the stitching just came loose. The color from the clothing runs with every wash. What is happening. Half my wardrobe is from here and all I am experiencing now are issues
