Pathetic service
I purchased a laptop from them last year April. It worked well with no problem until 3 months after the warranty ended. After contracting them they said I can send it to them for a check and repair at my own cost. Really disappointed.

Good all round
Bought a refurbished desktop pc and a laptop both arrived in good order and are in excellent condition. If the need arises will definitely purchase from them again. The delivery went very smoothly as well

Exceptional Customer Service
Excellent Service from Pieter Fourie of GoGadgetSA, I needed a new laptop to handle photography software, I was given some advice from a photographer on what specs to look at forwarded this info to Pieter who within minutes had 2 options for me. Order confirmed at 12:30 and confirmation of shipment at 14:10 on Wednesday, the laptop arrived at my door in Joburg from Cape Town by 9:30 on Friday - less than 48 hours from purchase to delivery! How many companies can boast service delivery like this!?

I have been buying all of my laptops ,desktops and even UPS devises from Go Gadgets for about 2 years now since I discovered them. With about 10 items purchased , some were new some were refurb, I have had zero problems , always better pricing and service . Such a relief to find a company that cares about their customers .
