They accomodate ****mers and don't wanna shut them downs. ****mers are using their platform.
After my review, I have received a call from a person who assisted me. I am so happy. In fact i'm more than happy. My mother is also happy :)
Why do they still take customers if they cannot assist the existing ones? A lesson learned. They're the worst; can't reach anyone for support. Better stick to South African companies.

There is no landline and no response to their live chat. If you do not have an internet connection, you will not be able to contact them. Stay away from them and make sure you obtain insurance that has good customer service and a transparent means of communicating with customers.
On Friday last week, I bought a sink rack and a keyboard mat. Skynet was here for delivery today. I'm happy with the purchase.

My customer is happy, her father loves the light and she will come back next month. Good business always, but I'm disappointed that you disconnected the phone. I mean, it was convenient for me to phone, not email. You must have a line for resellers.
