None payment for services rendered
Upon supplying Punjab Express with services over a year ago and various attempts to receive payment, none has been forthcoming. A recent telephone conversation brought some optimism, but still nothing. They have now been listed with the creditors bureau as a bad payer.

Amazing client services - best call centre agent Monique Pretorius
I have had vehicle insurance through Outsurance my entire adulthood. Have never been disappointed by their service, especially of late. Bought a new car and had to update my insurance and get a new quote/premium. Monique Pretorius in the client services department is a GEM! She was extremely helpful, professional, followed-up on call backs without fail and made this experience painless. Thank you Monique for being so incredible and being so helpful every step of the way!

Wished it wasn't this way...
I don't like writing reviews, especially not bad ones. However, my experience with them did not go down well. They were contracted to do tree felling services which did not work out well. Had to get them back 3 x with little result. So I have endeavoured to get a guy who is currently doing a job 5 of them couldn't. Just spoke with Bradley who said he was happy to sort it out but given the history its better to just deal with it on my own. Between staff strikes, unprofessional behaviour I think I will continue this journey without them. Your experience might be better, but unfortunately this was mine.
