Great menu, fast and efficient service. Have eaten brunch there a number of times and have never been disappointed
They sent someone to repair my fridge on 15 November. It seemed to work fine for a couple of weeks, but slowly reverted to its faulty condition. Their website says they are available 7 days a week, so I called between Christmas and New Year. I was told to call back on 5th Jan (I now realise they meant 15th Jan). I called the technician who said he would come that evening, but never arrived. Calling him again I got a friend who said he would only be available on 15th. I called the company number on 15th and was told that the technician would be available on the 21st! I said that they claim to be available 7 days a week and surely should have someone who could come out to fix the problem that was not fixed the first time (the invoice claims they give a 1 year warranty). While on the call I was told to call back again because their as another call coming in! How unprofessional. The phone was put down while he answered another call! I whistled and shouted, but the phone was never picked up again even though the call was still active. I ended the call and tried to call again, but it was either allowed to ring to voicemail or was ended by hitting the red button. Subsequent call are not answered. I paid R1450 for a dud job and from a bunch of unprofessional business people who do not keep to their word.
