I booked the 6 sleeper room on the 27-29th December. The issues we encountered went from bad to worse as listed below: - There was no wifi provided as advertised - The toilet door closed only when the chair was pushed behind it (photo attached) - The vent in the wall of the bedroom kept waking us up with a high pitched dreadful noise - The rain poured in on the night of the 27th through the bedroom with the double bed and the lounge area. I had to push the bed to the middle of the room and listen to drops into the bucket the whole night. Also, the entire floor was completely wet on tiles (very dangerous). We called the manager at 10pm at night to show him. The next day, we checked out. It was not suitable to stay another evening. The manager was the most unhelpful and unfriendly man. We asked him to phone the owner so that we could get a refund and check out a day earlier. He proceeded to put us on the phone with another manager and pretended that manager was the owner. When we finally got to speak to the owner, he couldn't have cared less about all the issues that we had experienced, and refused to give us a refund for the night we had stayed and would not give us back the money we had paid for the next night that we were not going to stay. I've travelled around South Africa and the globe and have never experienced staff and owners and accommodation as bad as this.
