The front desk staff are very RUDE and unprofessional! My husband booked at the hotel for a business trip this past week cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. He had to call house keeping to clean his room on Friday and Saturday because on both days he would arrive at the hotel and his room was not cleaned. On check out he left his charger in the room and he called the hotel to let them know and his still waiting for feedback about his charger. So in essence housekeeping found the charger and didn't report it to the front office??
My husband is currently admitted at the hospital and in ward 11.Date 27th June 2024. The level of treatment from the day staff is undesirable. We have been waiting for pain medication for over an hour and the nurses are extremely slow or its either they don't have a clue what is going on when you press the nure button. My husband is very sick and needs proper medical attention. He has been complaining about a severe headache and fever and nothing has been. It's taken the male nurse on duty almost 45min to get my husband a new drip. Should he not get better and his health deteriorates because of the lack of proper service. I will sue this hospital because I have been recording everything that the nurses have been doing and their lack of assistance. Utterly disgusting by this!
Latterday kitchen owner Sipho who is your customer has ****med me and didn't complete my kitchen due to missing wood and materials. The menu hasn't changed in over 3yrs & there is nothing to look forward to. Staff service is okay nothing out of the ordinary. The air conditioner is extremely high and you end feeling cold
I would like to report a cashier who was working at Greenstone customer service counter on the 12th October between 2pm-5pm. Her name is Myhabo, she was extremely rude and to top it off she was chewing gum like a ***! She has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. I asked her for her name because she wasn't wearing a name badge and she refused to give it to, I then asked her colleague who was working at the counter next to her. I hope that she gets the proper training to do her job better and please can she refrain from chewing gum because she looks so unprofessional.
I wanted to let you know that I was not happy with the service we received yesterday. -we were never served dessert and yet I paid for it as part of the package -your staff /waiters gave us dusty plates for the food. -my dad got burnt from the food warmer oil he opened the food warmer to Dish up and the oil spilt all over his clothes. -the waiters sat around while there was dirty plates and my guest ended up having to put the plates in one corner for them. -your staff was dishing up food while we were still eating -there was no cutlery -when we asked for take away boxes for the birthday cake we were told that they don't give them and then I asked for foil at least and they refused at first and then eventually we were given foil. -the staff sat around and drank coffee and instead of checking up if we needed anything. - my husband asked for a printout of the bill because he saw the staff having drinks and couldn't understand why the drinks bill was so high and the lady told us that she can't print it and then we asked her to email it to us because it doesn't make any sense at all. I'm really disappointed in your staff and the lack of professionalism.
My family and myself have checked into the Capital Zimbali lodge. The service is pathetic! We have ordered room service and it's been an hour and a half no food has been delivered. House keeping cleaned our room at 5pm after having to phone and ask them to. We ordered food at the pool and we were told that almost everything on the menu was out of stock. The service here is pathetic and for the amount of money we have paid one would expect good service!
I have requested a refund from a company called ticket hero, since December last year they are giving me the run around and refusing to give me a refund claiming that I need to go ask my bank about the refund and my bank statements clearly show that no refund was made.

We booked at the Capital zimbali and housekeeping stole from my daughters room and our room. So disappointed! We where having bfast at the copper restaurant and I was with my baby there, the hostess gave us a table under the air-conditioner unit after I asked her not and she was not accommodating at all even though the restaurant was not full at all im really disappointed.
