IToys Poor service and product delivery.

I have ordered a product (Mi Pow Power cube X) as a Christmas present and upon first delivery the item did not work. Then once I have sent the item back and got a "New" replacement. This new replacement is clearly a used item that someone else has returned, not only do I notice this from the poor condition of the item, but the original return slip that was still left in the box. This product was previously purchased in Durban as the slip states and returned and shipped from Cape Town to me in Johannesburg. I am not pleased with this service as I have paid for a new item, only to receive a used product that still has fingerprints, scratches, dents and a strange odor from its previous owner.
